Join a Group

The Oikos Network is a space to build friendships with like-minded people from across the globe through online peer-support groups and events.

Together, you can voice your frustrations, celebrate your successes and learn how to effectively influence the church and your wider community in the vital area of whole creation care.

The groups are run once a year from February – July.

Registration is now closed, but will open towards the end of the year for groups starting in April 2027

How it works

Based on your location, you will be assigned to the online group for Asia and Oceania or to the one for Africa, Europe and the Americas.

Online meetings will be held from February to July. The first group will meet at 7 am (UTC), and the second group will meet at 5 pm (UTC).

Each meeting will begin with a 15-minute talk on a relevant Creation Care topic. Afterward, participants will be divided into breakout rooms (4-5 people each) based on their preferred language. The facilitators will guide discussions, allowing participants to share their thoughts on the talk, exchange knowledge and experiences, support each other, and pray together.

The first group’s official language will be English. For the second group, the talk will be in English, French, Portuguese or Spanish, with simultaneous translations available.
